Situated on the bank of the Kleinemonde East river, this luxury beach house
is home away from home.
It is a 10 minute drive from Port Alfred and if you are a golf lover, the Fish
River Sun golf course is a few minutes drive away. There are also horse trails
as well as quad biking circuits within the vicinity.
This beach house consists of 6 bedrooms, of which 4 are main-en-suite. (Each
room has a double bed). There is a family bathroom which boasts a spa bath,
shower and a toilet as well as another separate toilet.
It has an open plan living area with a plasma screen TV, DSTV, dvd/cd player and
an indoor fire place.
The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped eg. Crockery,
cutlery. Leading off the kitchen is the scullery with a dishwasher, washing
machine and tumble dryer. The maid is included in the rate and works every day
except Sunday and public holidays. Linen and beach towels are provided.
The entertainment area has a pool table, dining table, darts, TV, indoor braai
and a pub which leads out to the outside braai area next to the river. Set up in
the double garage is table tennis.
There are also canoes for you to paddle to the beach which is approximately 300
metres away.
