Skye House

Feel welcome in our character filled, secure, 4 bed roomed beach house- a sigh away from dolphins surfing the waves and the close breaker views with the occasional whale sighting. A sea-themed mosaic path will lead you up to a double storey house sleeping 6 adults in Light house room ( queen bed with en suite), Cockles and Mussels room with double bed en suite, Periwinkle room with 2 single beds , 2 children fit well in bunk bed in Mermaids Cove and a baby/toddler can use a cot.

There are 4 bathrooms ( 2 showers and 2 baths), open plan blue and white fully equipped kitchen,10- seater table and lounge, a games/ TV room ( with satellite but you must bring own decoder) and 2 balconies. There are laundry facilities and you need to bring your own towels. A maid can be hired per day in this self catering beach house. There are swings and Crow's nest look out for the kids, an outside shower and braai facility.

You can walk out the remote gate and within 1 minute, you have your feet on the sandy beach where you can fish, go on long walks, snorkel or/ and swim in the surf or a tidal pool is great for the young ones. Nearby are pubs, shops, a 9 hole mashy golf course, restaurants and the blue flag beach of Hibberdene. There is also the Southern Explorer Meander down the south coast with options like the Oribi Gorge bungee and nature walks. Skye House is an hour from Durban/airport.
