The flat offers magnificent unequalled views from the living area as well as the bedrooms. There are 2 beaches directly in front of the flats. These beaches offer excellent swimming, body boarding, surfing, kite surfing and very good fishing. The northern beach is patrolled by lifeguards during normal hours; the southern beach has full lifeguard protection during peak periods.

One of the real advantages of Warnadoone is that when you need a rest from the sun, you can walk directly off the beach into the cool comfort of your own living space, shower, raid the fridge etc. to later return to the beach at your own leisure without having to fight traffic or search for parking.

Amanzimtoti both have many restaurants, take aways, movie rental outlets, all the supermarkets e.g. Woolworths, Pick & Pay, Spar, Checkers etc.

Amanzimtoti is a 5 minute drive away.

The South Coast's new signature shopping mall, the Galleria Shopping Mall has recently opened, only a 7km drive north of Warner Beach. It boasts a wide variety of top shops, restaurants, take aways, an Indoor Skating Rink, Ten Pin Bowling, Putt Putt and 11 movie houses.
