Waterwoods

Waterwoods is set on a lush and beautiful farm on 75ha in the historic Fort Nottingham area of the Natal Midlands. The breathtaking beauty of the country side amidst farmlands is a favourite tourist destination and provides for both nature lovers and shoppers who enjoy the many farm stalls and home industries in the area.

The property is surrounded by huge trees and offers beautiful walks along the river, dam and forested hill. Birdlife on the property is abundant including Fish Eagles and Crowned Cranes.

Accommodation
Our seven self catering cottages are new, fully equipped, luxuriously furnished and have braai facilities. Most units have fireplaces and all have electric blankets on the beds. In addition, secure parking is provided and there is 24 hour security on the property.

Firewood is available on the property.

Children are welcome.

The cottages are graded as Highly Recommended by the AA.

Location
Waterwoods is on the Midlands Meander Route and only 12 km's away from Nottingham Road. We are 30 minutes away from Howick and 45 minutes from Pietermaritzburg. Travelling time from Johannesburg is approximately 4 hours and 1.5 hours from Durban.
