Jeffreys Bay is approximately 1100km from Pretoria and 60km from Port Elizabeth. International surfers flock to catch the waves in this paradise of sunshine with its aloes, dolphins, shells and white beaches. Surfers and other visitors who found it hard to leave such an idyllic spot have turned Jeffreys Bay into a year round fun place to be with a thriving local craft industry and factory shop on about every corner. The bustling town is bordered on both sides by nature reserves and rivers; the Kabeljous and Seekoei estuaries and within Jeffreys Bay the Noorsekloof nature reserve.

The house is situated inside a secure complex with 24 hour security. A big area consisting of lawns and paved areas are in front of the house where smaller kids can enjoy themselves without parents worrying about street traffic. The bigger kids and mom and dad, can walk to the golf course and bowling green across the street of the complex's entrance gate.
From the inside of the house one has a stunning view into the Noorsekloof nature reserve with the view of breaking waves in the background.

The house consists of two levels: The upper level consists of two (2) bedrooms with two (2) full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan lounge with TV, dining room and braai (barbeque) area. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a dish washer, fridge - freezer combination and microwave oven. All cutlery and cookware are supplied.
The lower level consists of a bedroom with its own lounge area and full bathroom. It has a large living area with pool table and TV with an additional sleeper couch for smaller children.
Two vehicles can be parked inside the double garage with direct access into the house.
