Welcome to Mayfield Cottages - 2 upmarket (spacious, sunny and comfortable) self-catering suites conveniently located in the leafy, historic suburb of Rondebosch.

Wisteria Suite (original Mayfield Cottage)

• This 2 roomed suite has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed which has crisp, cool, cotton sheets in the summer months and a down duvet to snuggle under during the winter.
• Leading off the bedroom is a lounge with a couch and 2 armchairs and a small dining room table and chairs.
• The north facing sunny lounge has French doors which open on to a shaded patio overlooking the garden.
• There is a single bed in the lounge which would suit an extra family member at an extra cost.

Pin Oak Suite

• This very spacious open plan unit has a king-size bed with a twin option.
• A small dining room table with chairs.
• A comfortable couch.
• A well-equipped kitchenette.
• French doors which open on to a small patio.

• Free Wi-Fi
• Iron and ironing board.
• Hair dryer.
• Kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and hob.
• The units are serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
• Secure off street parking behind security gates. (one car per unit)
• Tea, coffee, milk and sugar and homemade muffins or rusks will be provided on arrival.

• 15 minutes by car from the University of Cape Town, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Groote Schuur Hospital.
• 5 minutes from Red Cross Children's Hospital.
• Close to the M5 freeway to Cape Town City Centre, Cavendish Square and the V&A Waterfront shopping centres .
• Mowbray, Rondebosch and Royal Cape Golf Courses are nearby.
• Easy access to Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds.
