The Winelands Villa Guesthouse is located in the beautiful town of Somerset West and perfect for the discerning guest who values privacy, comfort and hospitality. The guesthouse offers ten spacious luxury rooms, all with en suite bathrooms.

Some rooms have a view of the ocean and the countryside and others of the lush garden and swimming pool.

Home away from home, our guesthouse is situated 5 minutes from the Strand beach, 20 minutes from Cape Town international Airport and 40 minutes from Cape Town Waterfront. We are also very close to Stellenbosch and various wine routes.

Our ten rooms are tastefully decorated. All rooms are en-suite with shower, basin and toilet or full facilities with bath, shower, basin and toilet. They are fully equipped with tea and coffee facilities, heaters and television. All rooms are serviced daily and our in-house laundry services will take care of your laundry needs.

You can enjoy a relaxing drink on the deck with panoramic views or relax and take advantage of the South African sun at our sparkling swimming pool surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and perfect manicured lawns.

We have a cozy fireplace in our Lounge for the winter months.

Winelands Villa Guesthouse caters for individual travelers, groups and families with children. We endeavor to provide the best possible level of service at affordable rates. Our prices include a hearty breakfast in our breakfast room. Guests also have access to our lounge, which has a cozy fireplace for winter months. Not neglecting business clients or other guests who need online facilities, we have a wireless LAN hotspot free of charge.

Conferences for up to 16 people can be held at the guesthouse.

We will gladly provide you with information on day trips to some of the picturesque sites in the Somerset West and surrounding areas where you will be able to experience the overwhelming beauty of the Western Cape.

The Cape Town City Centre is a forty minute drive away from the historical Somerset West. From here you have easy access to the beaches at Strand and Gordon's Bay, and Sir Lowry’s Pass, which crosses the Hottentots Holland mountains with an impressive view over False Bay, into the Overberg and the Cape Peninsula, and then onto the abundant Garden Route.

Winelands Villa Guesthouse is ideally located to explore all of these destinations. It is situated at the start of the Helderberg Wine Route, which gives easy access to other Cape Winelands and Boland towns

The area between Somerset West and Stellenbosch also encompasses many vineyards and wineries where visitors can sample and purchase wine. The oldest remaining vineyard in South Africa, Vergelegen, is situated on the outskirts of Somerset West only seven minutes’ drive from our beautiful property.
