The Loft

This spacious beachfront loft room is a beautiful space to unwind, relax and enjoy the many amenities nearby. It has a king size bed, a daybed and a cosy sitting area for reading or watching TV (DSTV /Explorer ), an en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. There is easy access to the beach with stunning views from an outdoor deck which is ideal for sundowners and braais.

Sheffield Beach, approximately 60km from Durban, is regarded as the premier destination on the KZN north coast and is well known for its beautiful and quiet beaches The rock pools provide safe swimming and hours of exploration for children whilst adults can enjoy the surf and snorkelling in the gullies.

The rocks at Sheffield Beach are a very popular destination for both serious and casual fishermen with a wide variety of fish. Mussels are abundantly available at spring tide and crayfish can also be caught on the many reefs in close proximity to the shore (both under licence and in season). Bird and sea life is prolific with pods of bottle nose dolphin coming past almost daily and, in season, whale sightings are a common occurrence.

A well-appointed shopping centre is less than 3 kilometres away with a Spar, Tops bottle store, Clicks and other speciality stores that cater perfectly to the needs of holiday makers at the coast. Other amenities include a superb coffee shop and restaurant in a beautiful setting that caters to adults and children alike. The renowned Flag Farm Animal Farm that caters specifically to the needs of younger children is a short fifteen minute drive away. Medical clinic and dental facilities are also in close proximity.

For the golfers, there are a number of choices including Umhlali, Zimbali, Mount Edgecome and Princes Grant – all of these are top notch courses that cater specifically for holiday makers and the different layouts provide great tests for golfers of all levels.
