This modern, single story, private end unit comprises 3 bedrooms (MES) and 2 bathrooms. Villa is perfectly located in the middle of the estate in between the hotel and the beach, it overlooks a large grassy embankment ideal for children which leads down to the ponds.
The Villa is tiled throughout, air-conditioned (3 units in lounge and bedrooms) and has an open plan granite kitchen with modern appliances including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two flat screen TVs with full DSTV Explora premium and DVD/BluRay player. Wifi uncapped fiber 20mbps on pay as you go basis links to smart TV in lounge to stream favourite shows. A large open and covered patio overlooking firepit also with Weber braai has garden views and partial sea views. A carport directly outside the Villa for easy offloading golfclubs etc plus extra guest parking available.
Villa 2411 now has 2x1000l back up jojo water tanks to cater for water outages.
