Situated behind an elegant holiday home, this charming and spacious flat comprises of two bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs), a large lounge with a splendid vaulted ceiling, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom that includes a bath and separate shower. Towels and linen are provided and changed every five days. The maximum number of guests is four.

The entrance leads directly down to the sea, and the views of the beach and pounding surf are magnificent. Visitors have exclusive use of the private swimming pool, veranda and garden from which the beach is accessed. This is the Dolphin Coast so you have a great chance of seeing them frolic near the beach.

The entire flat has been redecorated complete with a comfortable leather lounge suite where guests can relax in front of the smart t.v. where full premium dstv is included.

The dining table seats four and is served from a spacious adjacent kitchen which contains a fridge/freezer, gas stove, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and all dining ware.

There are ample storage cupboards which also includes beach umbrellas, chairs, an ironing board and steam iron.

A scuttle braai, table and chairs are provided directly outside the flat, but guests can relax on the veranda next to the pool should they wish. There is an outside shower to wash off the beach sand or just cool down.

The beach offers every pastime from swimming to surfing and fishing to scuba diving. Long strolls along the beach are encouraged in either direction. Depending on the tide, mussels can be collected from the rocks near the flat, and abundant sea shells can be found near the beautiful rock pools at Sheffield beach and Xmas Bay near bye.

A main supermarket, shops and restaurants are situated at Tiffany's just five minutes drive away, and Salt Rock is within walking distance where restaurants and shops can be found. For the serious shoppers there is Ballito Lifestyle centre only 10 minutes drive and Ballito town itself offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and two nightclubs. Durban is only 40km south for those who want to visit the beaches, shops and the famous Seaworld. This same highway (N2) also takes the visitor to or from King Shaka International airport (15 minutes), Sibiya casino and theatre, and Gateway shopping mall, Umhlanga (25 minutes).

There is space for parking two vehicles inside the property which is extremely secure with a 24 hour armed response, alarm beams and electric fencing.

Salt Rock can be reached from Johannesburg on the N3 Toll highway; from the South coast on the N2 and from the Northern areas on the N2 or R33. The King Shaka International Airport has regular flights from all over South Africa and Europe. There are many Car Hire companies at the airport and locally in Umhlanga and Durban. Should guests require to be met and taken back, this can be arranged.
