Burrough Place

Situated in the spectacular Garden Route of South Africa, Burrough Place is a Bed & Breakfast / Guesthouse that is on the main road when entering George from the Outeniqua Pass (N9) side.

Loved equally by all the business travellers, golf enthusiasts, cyclists and tourists this is a beautiful well situated home away from home. We are right opposite the golf course and barely 15 minutes from the Airport via motor vehicle. George has much to offer its visitors with its city-like infrastructure but not forgetting its small town roots. The moderate climate makes George ideal for outdoor adventure all year round. Hikes in and around George provide a number of wonderful views over George and the coast and exposes one to the indigenous fynbos of the area. Activities such as the gym, restaurants, local beaches, bakeries and other shops are but a short drive away.

Burrough Place offers you free Wi-Fi during your stay as well as safe secure parking for your motor vehicle, en-suite rooms all leading onto a veranda, DSTV in all the rooms and one self-catering unit with its own lounge and private balcony. Guests are also more than welcome to relax in our communal lounge with a book by the fireplace or outside under the sun terrace overlooking our beautiful spacious garden.
