Seagulls Guest House offers affordable, fully-equipped and neat self-catering units, designed to cater for intimate couple's vacations or fun family getaways or large groups of up to 19 adults and 10 children if booked as a whole.

Our fabulous facilities offer guests all the comforts of home and our tranquil setting will leave you feeling rested and relaxed. Seagulls Guest House is situated in a quiet peaceful part of Langebaan and within walking distance to the village, beach, shops and restaurants. Seagulls Guest House Units overlooks the swimming pool, with breath-taking Lagoon views.

We offer a lovely health breakfast basket or a full English breakfast at an extra cost, served at the Pool Bar. All 7 units have beautiful fresh linen and towels with fully equipped kitchen's or kitchenette's.

Enjoy kite and wind surfing - Lagoon festival in March - Boat trips, lovely restaurants, friendly west coast people. Come as a guest and leave as a friend.

UNIT 1: This unit is a cosy self-catering unit, sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children and offers a double bed, bunk bed, fresh linen, a fully-equipped kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with a shower. The unit has its own private patio where you can have a braai and enjoy your meals.

UNIT 2: This unit is a cosy self-catering unit, sleeps a couple only and offers a double bed with fresh linen, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Enjoy lovely lagoon views and views overlooking the swimming pool. This unit has its own braai facilities.

UNIT 3: Ideal for a family of four, This unit offers a room with a double bed with fresh linen and enjoys views of the swimming pool and lagoon, there are two single beds in the sun room. The unit has a separate full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchenette makes for easy self-catering during your holiday stay and a courtyard with a private braai area.

UNIT 4: Ideal for families, friends or small group vacations, sleeps 5 adults max with 2 children, this holiday unit has its own courtyard with braai area and enjoys gorgeous views of Langebaan lagoon. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, fresh linen, one en-suite bathroom, a separate little room with bunk beds, plus one extra single bed off the lounge area. There is an extra toilet with a basin and shower. This unit has a large fully-equipped family kitchen, a dining room, a separate lounge, a fireplace for the cold winter evenings, and a separate private outside braai area with a courtyard. Enjoy lovely lagoon views.

UNIT 5: This unit is comfortable and intimate, sleeps 2 adults and 1 child and enjoys its own private, undercover braai area with 2 seater outdoor dining table. it has a separate bedroom with double bed and sleeper couch in the dining area, en-suite shower, and a fully-equipped kitchenette

UNIT 6: This is a cosy luxury, self-catering unit, sleeps 2 adults and 1 small child and has a queen size bed with lovely linen, en-suite open plan shower and a small dining area with a sleeper couch and a fully equipped kitchenette.
