Chintsa East Beach House

Situated on the river - 200 meters from the river mouth - at the beautiful seaside resort of Chintsa East on the Eastern Cape coast - 42km north of East London. Magnificent river and sea views can be seen from the house and decks with picnic spots on the river's edge, at the bottom of the garden.

A tranquil sea haven with beautiful white sandy beaches to stroll on, stretching for miles and miles connecting the hiker or avid walker to various resorts on the Eastern Cape and Wild Coast Coastline.

This privately owned seaside Beach House offers you a self-catering holiday. 5 bedrooms in total - 4 in the house and one in a separate unit. There are 2 en-suites plus 2 bathrooms (4 bathrooms in total.) The main en-suite leads off onto the main deck as well as its own little private deck.

The separate unit consists of a bedroom with King size bed en-suite, lounge and a small kitchenette. This unit also leads off onto the wooden deck. The house sleeps 12 altogether. Both lounges and 3 bedrooms lead off onto the large deck. The main lounge/kitchen has a wall of stack-away doors creating a fabulous indoor outdoor living area. There are 2 seating areas in this lounge.

A Jacuzzi is situated on the large deck with sun loungers and a large cast aluminium table and chairs set. There is a 3rd deck over the roof and part of the main deck. This top deck offers incredible views ' lovely for sundowners ' also offers cast aluminium patio table and chairs and creates shelter underneath for those rainy days or shelter from the hot summer sun!

DSTV B and B package offered in 2 lounges. Bedding with percale linen on all of the beds. There are 3 King size beds, 2 singles beds and a double bed with a bunk bed in it. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and 2 fridges, 3rd fridge is in the little unit - with washing machine and tumble drier in a separate laundry.

Chintsa offers 3 restaurants a coffee shop and a pizza bar. The local shop carries all the basics and more and there is a Spar shop which is approximately 20km away. The game lodge of Inkwenkwezi is 9km away from Chintsa East also offering Sunday lunches and dinner on selected evenings.

Unfortunately parties are not allowed in the house. Loud music and loud noise on the deck needs to be toned down by 10 p.m. in respect of the neighbours
