The coastline of Cape St Francis is unique, a broad expanse of sandy beach extending for nearly 4 kilometres between Seal and Shark Point.
Along the rocky western coastline, there are numerous hiking and biking trails in breathtaking surroundings. The sun setting over the ocean is something the visitor to Cape St Francis never forgets!
Four Nature Reserves are situated around Cape St Francis, contributing to a restful and safe environment.
For the nature-lover and sports enthusiast, Cape St Francis is the place to be. Surfers ride the waves and the St Francis Links, one of the Top Ten golf courses in South Africa, as well as the St Francis Golf Club, lies within 10 minutes of the village. Rehabilitation and swimming coaching are available at the indoor swimming complex.
The historical lighthouse (1878) is probably the most prominent landmark in Cape St Francis.
The C-Front self-catering unit has 2 bedrooms (sleep 4). Linen also provided. Just across the road are very popular rock pools and the unit is situated approximately 200 metres from the safe beach.
The unit offers an unobstructed view of the ocean, the sound of surf breaking on the rocks and even occasional sightings of dolphins playing in the waves. An unforgettable experience!
