The Grey Goose Game Lodge is situated at the foot of the Drakensburg Mountains on the outskirts of Newcastle. Whether for business or pleasure we are a fantastic getaway, offering a great service in beautiful surroundings.

We boast 30 luxury en -suite room that are tastefully decorated. Each room is air conditioned and has a HD TV with the Full DSTV hospitality bouquet.

The farm boasts a variety of game which roams freely around the lodge, after a long day take a walk in our surroundings to rejuvenate your soul.

We are a family orientated lodge and children have right of way. For the hot summer days, kids can cool off in the swimming pool or in the farm dams, the huge jungle gym area with a trampoline is designed for hours of fun. There is ample space for children to run wild, chasing bunnies or play hide and seek.

The business traveller should not feel left out, we offer Wi-Fi vouchers, a conference facility and a private lounge.

Gooseberries, our a la carte Restaurant will tantalize your taste buds, our menu has recently been updated to cater for everyone’s palate and pocket.

Our MTB track and running trail are an added bonus for the sports enthusiast.

Accommodation at Grey Goose Game Lodge is stylish yet homely, reflecting the comfortable countryside lifestyle that our stunning location affords, experience the splendour of the Drakensberg. Exquisite views of the Mountains can be enjoyed!

Each of the beautifully-decorated rooms at Grey Goose Game lodge offers guests a perfect sanctuary from which to experience the splendour of the Drakensberg Mountains. Exquisite views of the Grey Goose gardens, Game roaming and surrounding mountains can be enjoyed, while the Garden Rooms offer a more private and secluded setting. We can accommodate up to 64 people at any time and all our rates do include breakfast

Does your family consist of as many members as a herd of zebras? Then we have the perfect accommodation for you at our Zebra corner. We have two Family Units consisting of two single beds and one double bed.

We also have three standard Double bed rooms and one Twin Room with two single beds available in this corner. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, DSTV, air-conditioning, a complimentary Tea & Coffee Station and undercover parking.

The Zebra corner is surrounded with spectacular views and if you are lucky enough our zebras might even pop by to say hello.

Deluxe Queen
Spend a memorable night nested in luxury & comfort in our Deluxe Suite. You will experience comfort and opulence that will make your stay a memorable one. This luxurious room has a Queen-Sized bed with a separate bathroom area that have a double shower and a ball and claw bath. The room has HD TV with the full hospitality bouquet, air-conditioning, bar fridge, a complimentary Tea & Coffee Station and undercover parking and wireless internet access.

Deluxe Double

Our Family rooms are tastefully furnished and consist of 2 rooms and a bathroom that have a shower, the one room has an air conditioner and the other a ceiling fan, HD TV with the full hospitality bouquet, and wireless internet access, a complimentary Tea & Coffee Station with a bar fridge and microwave and undercover parking, the one rooms have 2 x ¾ beds and the other a double bed. Standard Double

The dormitory comes furnished with 18 bunk style beds, a lady’s bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets and a men’s bathrooms with 3 showers and 2 toilets The room has a complimentary Tea & Coffee Station

Gooseberries offers an a la carte menu Mondays to Saturdays, we serve a buffet supper on Wednesdays, and a buffet lunch on Sundays.
