Kruger Park Lodge Chalet Shongwe Ingwe

Kruger Park Lodge, Chalet 226a, Shongwe Ingwe, is a privately-owned chalet which is available to let throughout the year. This fully furnished luxury chalet is situated within the Kruger Park Lodge, an RCI four-star golf resort in Hazyview, 10 minutes' drive from the famous Kruger National Park, Phabeni Gate, and a 35-minute drive from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. Shongwe Ingwe can accommodate up to eight guests in three separate bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find the main bedroom, a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom (bath, toilet and basin), built-in cupboards, a ceiling fan, and air-conditioning. It also has a door leading out onto the patio. The second bedroom contains a queen-size beds, built-in cupboards, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The third bedroom is upstairs; this large loft room has twin beds and a bunk bed (suitable for two adults and two youngsters). It is not suitable for two couples as there is no privacy in the room. Within the loft room is a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and double basin. Ceiling fans, sliding patio door and mosquito nets on the doors provide ample ventilation. This loft also features a TV, cupboards and dressing table, and a cute balcony, provides a delightful view of the wooded garden where the monkeys are often seen playing in the trees.The kitchen is superbly fitted for all your self catering needs, with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table/chairs. The lounge features a TV with DStv and the large decked patio offers built-in barbecue facilities, ideal for relaxed entertaining. Ample outdoor furniture and loungers are provided.Facilities at the Kruger Park Lodge include tennis courts, a volley ball court, three swimming pools, mini-golf, kiddie’s carts, and outdoor chess. The lodge also features a hippo and bird hide, a golf course, a restaurant, and self service laundry.

Safari
Game drives through specialist tour operators are available. Pick up can be arranged from the hotel.
 The SA National Parks board operate game drives from the Phabeni, Numbi and Paul Kruger Gates. Drive/park at the gates.

Spa
There are several Spa's in the hazyview area. Private treatments can be arranged in the comfort of your chalet.

Golf
The Kruger Park Lodge is located within a Gary Player Golf Resort.

Wedding Venues
The Kruger Park Lodge does not cater for weddings, however, we are able to offer you several chalets at any given time. The hotel does offer a lovely boma on the banks of the Sabi River which may be hired directly from them.

Conference Venues
Within the Kruger Park Lodge, is a conference venue. One would have to book the venue directly through the hotel.

Family friendly
This is an ideal family resort. It provides a well equipped play area , swimming pools, mini putt putt, outdoor mini cars, outdoor chess set, snooker table,
 tennis courts, volley ball court, nature walks, roads for bicycle riding, HIPPO POOL.

Romantic
Most chalets have king size beds with bathroom. The chalets are private and secluded making them ideal for a honeymoon couple. Many fine Spa's are located within the area. Private couple's massages can be arrange in the privacy of your chalet.
