About the Apartment
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of this beachfront apartment complex within a variety of restaurants and alfresco dining all within walking distance of the nearby town centre. There are spectacular sea and breaker views from the living area, dining area, main bedroom and second bedroom, with direct access to the magnificent promenade and Umhlanga’s premier swimming beaches. The apartment has DSTV (satellite TV), as well as high speed Wi-Fi being available throughout the apartment. Air-conditioning is provided in the lounge and dining areas ONLY. There are fans in the bedrooms, as well as fantastic sea breezes from the main and second bedrooms.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with high end appliances. The counter tops are granite, and the appliances include a fridge, microwave, sandwich toaster, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a wine fridge in the lounge.
The lounge is tastefully appointed with the guests comfort in mind. A big flat screen TV with a full DSTV bouquet is also featured.
The Dining Area
The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests. Enjoy a meal and spend quality time with friends and family whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views right from the table
There are 3 bedrooms (main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bath only) and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The main bedroom boasts a King Size Extra Length bed, with a sliding door leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, also with a sliding door leading onto the balcony with amazing sea views. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. These twin beds can be reconfigured into a King Size on request.
There are 2 bathrooms. A main en-suite and a second bathroom. The main en-suite is off the main bedroom and has a bath only. The second bathroom is shared between the other 2 bedrooms and has a shower only.

Attractions in and around Umhlanga
The apartment is in walking distance of the Umhlanga Village and several upmarket restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. The facilities on offer are exceptional. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling, game arcades and a whole lot more! For the water enthusiasts, there is deep sea fishing, dolphin viewing, scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing or just relaxing on the beaches or taking a long leisurely walk or a jog on the 5km beach Promenade. The award winning Pier is also a must see and was recently voted the “Best Pier in the World”. There are several world class golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
43 Sea Lodge is a five minute drive from Gateway, (the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Southern Hemisphere), twenty minute drive from Durban and the International Conference Centre (I. C. C.) Private first world hospitals are a five minutes drive away by car. Sibaya Casino is only a five minute drive away. Ushaka Marine World is just a 20 minute drive from Sea Lodge.
Take a ride in the cable car to the top of the Moses Mabhida Stadium (home of the 2010 Football Word Cup) and enjoy spectacular views of Durban and the entire coastline as far as the eye can see.
