Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge, an Isibindi Africa Lodge, is fiercely committed to conservation and making a difference, a vision that was born in the African savannah.

Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge the only private/community owned lodge in Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park commands spectacular views over 96 000 hectares of Big 5 territory and an active waterhole. A sense of peace & relaxation is exuded by the chic eclectic design of the lodge. A maximum of 36 guests are accommodated in either Honeymoon Bush Villas with private plunge pools, luxury Bush Villas with lounge area, fireplace & private decks or Safari Rooms (ideal for families with young children). Twice daily game drives are conducted in the park home of White Rhino Conservation. Guided Bush Walks are highly recommended.

Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge offers luxury Hluhluwe game reserve accommodation with a choice of four room types:

Two Honeymoon Villas nestled in the indigenous bush with private plunge pools, offering total seclusion & private plunge pool.

Eight Luxury Bush Villas - Expansive open plan bedrooms with lounge area, fireplace, mini bar, full bathroom & large viewing deck.

Four Safari Rooms - Family friendly rooms with private shower rooms opening onto deck.

Two Safari Family Suites ideal for families travelling with children.

Bathrooms - All Villas have open-plan bathrooms with rain showers.

Exclusive Activities

Twice daily game drives in open 4 x 4 vehicles, both on private gravel concession roads and Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park roads. Guided bush walks available on request.

Bush Walks
Guests can enjoy guided walks lasting 3-4 hours inside the park in Big 5 territory. No children under 14 years. Additional cost.

Zulu Cultural Visits
Visits into the local Mpembeni Community can be arranged at nominal cost. "Sangoma" visits can be arranged.

Conservation Gorge Walks
Guests can enjoy guided walks. Suitable for children 10 years and older. Additional cost applies.

Centenary Centre & Museum
The Centenary Capture Centre & Museum situated near Nyalazi Gate are well worth a visit.
