Bikini is a complex in Ballito comprised of 8 apartments, all with a sea view. It is ideally situated at 52A Compensation Beach Road. The sea aspect opens out onto the promenade that extends the full length of the Ballito Beachfront. Clarke Bay lifeguarded swimming beach is located directly in front of the complex for safe sea swimming. The complex is fully fenced. Each apartment has its own single lock-up garage and there are extra parking bays on the property.
Bikini is in easy and safe walking distance from a number of restaurants and shops, and approximately 5km away, The Life Style Shopping Centre and The Junction offer a large selection of shops and restaurants. Ballito is just 10 mins drive away from the King Shaka International Airport and 20 minutes away from Umhlanga. There are several Golf Courses in close proximity as well as the Zululand Nature and Game Reserves.

Bikini is a self-catering duplex apartment with an open-plan downstairs living area including a lounge with TV and Wi-Fi, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom, which has large sliding doors, opens out onto a small balcony with a wonderful sea view. It has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and wash hand basin, as well as a small fitted safe. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and bed linen is supplied. Please bring your own towels. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The apartment is not serviced but should you wish to have this facility, you can be put in touch with someone who can provide this for you.
There are 6 outside chairs as well as a stainless steel braai (barbeque) and a small table.
