17 Summer Place is a beautifully furnished self-catering, 3 bedroomed apartment with stunning sea views on the 1st floor, located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, as well as a communal swimming pool, braai area, and a children’s play area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a dressing area, cupboards, and a shower en- suite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The second bathroom contains a bath as well as a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs, and a ceiling fan. The lounge has comfortable seating and a ceiling fan. There is a flat screen TV with Easyview bouquet. Bring your own decoder for additional bouquets. The living area opens to a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and sea views.

Secure parking is available on-site. Bring your own towels for bath & swimming. Fans in all rooms, and aircon in the lounge at an additional cost, if requested.

It is situated close to the Ski-boat base & tidal pool. Great fishing spot right in front. Walk to Shelly Centre (movies, restaurants, shopping). Approx. 1km to St Michael's swimming beach.
