 An elegant, designer home proudly positioned on a large exclusive site within the lush coastal forest belt of the Zimbali Coastal Resort, with endless views of the forested conservation area and the golf course.

The home boasts intelligently designed free-flowing living spaces with expansive entertainment areas opening onto the pool deck. The home offers exceptional privacy with incredible bird and animal life.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms, comprising a main bedroom with unique en-suite bathroom (complete with an open indoor rain shower onto a decked area), a guest room (opening out onto the pool deck) with its own en-suite bathroom and two additional rooms (both with fantastic views) that share a third bathroom. There is also a guest toilet based on the lower floor.

There is a full bouquet DSTV (Satellite TV) system with 65 inch flat screen TV , together with a surround sound home entertainment system, as well as a built in Jetmaster BBQ fitted to the outside Verandah area. There is also an unlimited Vodacom high speed fibre Wifi connection at the house for guest use.

The home comes with a Golf Buggy, which is for the use of the guests for the duration of their stay, the buggy has its own access and garage door on the side of the garage.

The home is serviced by Mary, the Caretaker, six days a week, Monday to Saturday (this excludes personal laundry items) For personal laundry services you are welcome to discuss with Mary directly.

Unique Location

The location of the property is particularly unique in regard to its exclusivity, with a panoramic 180 degree view of the natural forest and surroundings. The home looks down a beautiful valley, bordered on the left by a pristine natural forested conservatory, which is completely undeveloped.

The lower level of the valley is interspaced with several of the golf course fairways, with the view continuing down toward the fresh water lakes and ultimately toward The Valley of The Pools. The pools are positioned right on the beach, with private beach access reserved exclusively for the guests and residents of the Resort.

Facilities and Activities

Guests will have full access to the facilities within the Zimbali Coastal Estate, including the restaurants, swimming pools and the beach. Use of the tennis courts (either at the Country club or at the Fitness Centre) are also available to guests free of charge (you just need to bring your own rackets and balls) A round of Golf is however chargeable and can be arranged at the Country Club.

There are several fantastic restaurants within the estate, which include restaurants at the Zimbali Lodge (breakfast only), the Country Club, the Beach Club (Mexican style lunch and dinner menu) and several restaurants within the Zimbali Fairmont Hotel itself, including a fine dining restaurant that specialises in Durban's finest Indian cuisine.

There are various pools within the estate, the most popular of these undoubtedly being the Valley of the Pools; being right on the beach, these have unobstructed views of the ocean. One of these pools is also heated. There is also a great restaurant here with excellent food for breakfast or lunch and dinner on the weekends.

However a visit to the pools at the Beach Club and its accompanying Ayoba Restaurant is also a must for a lazy afternoon or a sundowner cocktail.
