This four-bedroom, ground floor apartment is situated right on the beach with spectacular 180degree sea- and beach views, and is only 100m away from the main beach of Ballito, and 100m away from the famous granny pool. Only 5 steps down from the apartment and you're on the boardwalk or on the beach in front of the complex.

From your lock-up garage, there’s 15 stairs down leading to the apartment with a lovely patio and weber braai. The apartment does have two parking's available in the complex.

This newly furnished apartment can sleep 8 people with a queen size bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom, also sea facing, have a double bed.  The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds each. Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your own beach- and bath towels.  There are two full bathrooms - the main bedroom is en-suite with a bath and shower, the second bathroom also with a bath and shower. All of the bedrooms, lounge and dining room have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.  The dining room/lounge area with, TV and DSTV (hotel package), leads through sliding doors onto the relaxing balcony, overlooking the beach. The main bedroom and second bedroom also have sliding doors leading onto the patio. There are trellidor doors on all sliding doors and windows.  A lock-up safe is available for use.

Swimming pool, with communal braai facilities, is securely situated within the complex. A daily floor service is included in the tariff.
