Amanzimtoti Seaview Vacation is a luxury self-catering apartment located in a secure building complex in Amanzimtoti. The apartment offers fantastic sea views in very close proximity of the beach and breaking waves. Amanzimtoti is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast and is approximately 25 km from Durban CBD. Amanzimtoti offers easy accessed to various destinations and activities that are on offer in Durban and the surrounding areas. The unit is located in Beach road, where a continuous pipeline of restaurants, a shopping complex, pubs and grills, a water park, swimming pools, an entertainment centre and a lagoon can be found within walking distance from one another.  The main beach offers great swimming and renowned fishing area. Tidal pools between the rocks for watching small sea life will entertain non-stop. A volley ball net is also available on the main beach for kids while you can enjoy a cold beer or ice cream watching them. On a rainy day, the Galleria shopping centre is approximately 1,5 km away for some non-stop shopping, ice skating, movies, Bingo, tenpin bowling or a variety of games within the entertainment area.
 
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen bed,  an en suite, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom contains a 3-sleeper tri-bunk bed with a double-bottom and a single-top. There is also a single bed on the enclosed patio which leads off from the living area.
 
The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, a microwave and all that will be needed to prepare a dish or braai. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining  table and chairs. The lounge features a large flat-screen TV with DSTV.
 
The building complex offers communal built-in braai facilities. Secure parking is available on-site. The building also has a gate, that opens to a pathway leading to the beach  within 150 meters from breaking waves.
