Located on Prince’s Grant, one of South Africa's premier golf estates, this large, modern open-plan home is private & secluded, tucked away in the natural vegetation the KZN North Coast is renowned for.

The property has 5 bedrooms which are all ensuite and airconditioned as well as a servants quarters with a separate entrance to the side of the garage. The main house has four bedrooms – the two upstairs rooms have bath and showers while the two downstairs rooms are showers only. All the rooms have two single beds, perfect when accommodating golfing groups but the two upstairs rooms can be converted to king beds, better suited for the family getaways. All the rooms have ample cupboard space and access to the balconies.

The 5th room is found in the free-standing double story apartment and also has two single beds which can also be configured as a king, ensuite bath / shower combination, plenty cupboard space and access to its own balcony. Downstairs you’ll find a full kitchen, a single sleeper couch and a TV with separate DSTV. This is a perfect couples retreat that can be booked separately if the main house isn’t booked.

The modern kitchen, dining, lounge & bar area are all part of the completely open plan high ceiling living area. Open the stackable doors & the living area extends onto two veranda's - 1 undercover with built in braai & the other open air. The bar area, with a 3m undercounter bar fridge offering ample additional refrigeration space, also opens out onto the plunge pool, complete with a martini step & fantastic views into the natural vegetation!

There is also a separate scullery & all the appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer – with direct access to the washing line in the back courtyard area.

There is a double garage with additional parking in the driveway and in the cul-de-sac.

The main living area does have flatscreen TV with its own DSTV.

Fibre has not yet been installed on the Estate and cellular signal isn’t the greatest down at the house which is why we do not currently offer Wi-Fi or streaming solutions for guests.

Our home is truly unique in that its totally private, tucked away in the lush natural vegetation which not only ensures the home remains cool on those hot and humid KZN summer days, but offers a wonderful respite from the summer coastal winds.

Access to the Estate is strictly controlled – guests are signed in with guest numbers at the various homes monitored. They also do not tolerate parties or loud music on the Estate.

Prince's Grant itself has so much to offer other than its brilliant 18 hole Peter Matkovich golf course! It’s a nature reserve so there is abundant wildlife and incredible nature walks along the lagoon as well as a bird hide for the avid birders. There are 3 access points to the beach (700m from the house) as well as a tennis & squash court and kiddies play park at the communal pool area. The Clubhouse has a superb restaurant and offers incredible views down the 1st and 10th fairways – the perfect spot for a G&T.
