Eco Retreat

The Eco Retreat is a 3 bedroomed self-catering country house located in the Hekpoort valley, nestled between the Magaliesberg and Witwatersberg mountains along the banks of the Magaliesriver. Natural bush surrounds the property with the mountain and the river backdrop giving you science outdoor experience in the privacy of your home.The Hartebeespoort Dam, The Cradle of Humankind and Sterkfontein Caves are ready to be explored, should you wish to venture out.

The house is fenced and fully equipped for all your requirements. Braai in the shaded tree area or around the fire pit at night time and watch the stars.Relax on the patio or explore the country property by simple walking, trail running or by cycling our in- house trail along the river. Identify the birds, watch the monkeys and squirrels at play.Your dogs will enjoy the walks, with freedom to roam and explore the bush smells.

The Eco house is spacious and ideal for family & friends  holidays or a quick weekend get away from town.We approximately an hour from the major centres of Johannesburg and Pretoria with easy access from the R 560.
You will be COVID-19 safe as the house is santitized regularly and you will have no contact with anybody.The house keys will be in a designated spot for you to find.We liaise via phone ect.
