El Sueno de Helena self catering house situated in Paradise Beach, Langebaan offers 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. 2 guest rooms downstairs and the main en-suite bedroom upstairs. All rooms have double beds. Bed sheets (linen and towels provided). Very safe double security gated village with entire private beach only for residents.
Maximum 6 adults and a loose mattress for the extra 7 th person / child.
All new fully equipped granite kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Breakfast counter in kitchen. Separate laundry.
Air conditioning added to living room (hot and cold feature).
TV (DSTV), we have a basic range of channels. Please bring your own MultiChoice card should you wish to have more channels available.
WiFi and Netflix is available. Built in fireplace in dining room.
Nice pretty backyard.
Covered barbeque/braai area. There are two other outside braais ( weber available).
Double garage with automatic door opener and internal doors to backyard and hallway.
Property has tiled floors, and very and modern. This is one of the best furnished and clean free standing villas in the village.

5 min walk to private beach for paradise community only (go through 2 security gates), one at Club Mykonos, and second gate for paradise beach community only.
Adjacent to nature reserve and 19 min drive to game reserve.
Marina and casino 5 min drive, or 10 min , along the beach path.

Sailing, fishing , kite surfing, horse riding, casino and many restaurants and shopping mall a 10 min drive away.
