Situated at the foot of Cathkin Peak, Mount Champagne affords an unparalleled
outlook of the Drakensberg mountains and is to be found within a secure holiday
complex. Close to all amenities, including a shop, restaurant and the famous
Champagne Sports golf course, Mount Champagne itself offers tennis, fishing,
canoeing and a delightful swimming pool area all within 200m of the cottage.
Extensive walks abound with organised hikes, horse riding and helicopter flips
into the mountains, available ex Dragon Peaks resort just 1 km away. The
renowned Drakensberg Boys Choir School borders the property and the sound of
their weekly concerts echo across the valley. Mount biking is also popular in
the area.
The cottage itself is a double storied thatch building comprising 4 bedrooms,
all with double beds and 3 bathrooms-comfortably accommodating up to 8 persons.
In winter, a cozy fireplace counters the the briskness of the cold evenings and
the DSTV dish is on tap.

A spacious and secluded garden allows for sunbathing at your leisure, with the
Sterkspruit river just a stone's throw away, offering an alternative to the
swimming pool and for tubing for those in the mood.
